Production process
Main flow from reception to delivery
-Payment at reception
Application

Please be sure to check the fees and precautions in advance .
If you have any reference materials, please present them at this point.
Hearing
We will contact you in more detail based on your request.
Please let us know all of your requests at this point, as we may not be able to accommodate additional requests later depending on our schedule.
Estimate and schedule proposal
Based on ②, we will provide you with a quote and schedule.
Request acceptance completed
If you agree to ③, your reservation will be completed.
Payment
Please pay the full amount by the day before the start date.
*Only for payments over 100,000 yen, we accept half payment in advance and the remaining half payment before delivery, so please contact us if you wish to do so.

Contact before starting
A few days before the scheduled start date, we will contact you by email to confirm the payment status.
Start of production
Production and communication will be done by email on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) .
We may need to send you progress reports from time to time, so we would appreciate your cooperation.
Retake
We will check the rough sketches and modeling and make retakes as necessary.
* Additional fees will be charged for retakes after the fourth time, retakes that differ significantly from the original request, and retakes after the final draft.
Pay the remaining balance
If you wish to pay in installments, you will be required to pay the remaining half of the fee.
If additional fees are incurred during production, please pay before delivery.
Please prepare the remaining balance in advance by the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery and adjustment
The completed work data will be delivered via Google Drive.
For Live2D models, make additional adjustments as necessary.
*If you would like a com3 file (model data that can be edited with the Live2D Editor), an additional fee will be charged.
