Please be sure to check before making a request. (Revised June 16, 2024)

-Cases where we cannot accept your request
[1] If the client is a minor
We do not accept requests from minors (under 18 years of age).
Please note that we cannot accept any representation, even if you have one.
[2] If the request is unclear
If the details of your request are not clear at the time of application, we will not be able to accept it.
You can also leave the design to us, but please note that we will not be able to make major revisions.
-About the design
We may refuse to produce a model if we determine that its design falls under any of the following:
[1] Aggressive depictions, models
Depictions of blood or weapons, or depictions that suggest self-harm or injury to others
Fantasy elements such as weapons and accessories such as bandages are OK.
[2] Anything that brings to mind a specific organization
Contains religious or corporate logos or symbols
[3] Anything that infringes the copyrights of others
Designs that plagiarize other models or copyrighted characters, or designs based on AI illustrations
- Requests from outside Japan
We accept requests from persons residing outside of Japan and non-native speakers of Japanese. Please check the following points before submitting a request.

Please use “the requester's native language + Japanese translation” in the body of the inquiry. Please refrain from using slang as much as possible.
-Requests from outside Japan
We also accept requests from people living outside of Japan and people whose native language is not Japanese.
Please check the following points before making your request.

Please write the body of your inquiry in the client's native language + Japanese translation.
We would appreciate it if you would refrain from using slang.
-terms of service

Please strictly observe the following when using works produced by Shiino Nome.

  • All copyrights of the work belong to Shiino No Me.

  • If you wish to use the work to create merchandise, distribute the content, or participate in a corporate project (submission is separate), you will be required to pay the commercial usage fee.

  • The production of differences and new costumes will be handled by Shiino Nome unless the copyright has been transferred. (Copyright transfer for Live2D model works is a flat rate of 300,000 yen)

  • Please be sure to credit the work when using it.

Example) Illustration & Live2D: Shiino Nome (X: ＠C_no_nome)

  • Any corrections made after one week from the completion of delivery will incur a fee, so please make sure to check for any defects during a final check before delivery.

  • If we do not receive a reply within a week of a transaction, we will proceed to the next step assuming there is no problem. If we are going to be late in replying, please let us know.

  • We do not accept any cancellations, returns or refunds.

  • If payment is made after the payment deadline, we may not be able to deliver the product on the original delivery date. (Depending on the number of days of delay, we may give priority to other requests.)

  • We may post your work as samples or a portfolio.

  • We are not responsible for any problems that arise from the use of the work.

 

[Prohibitions when using the work]

  • Unauthorized reproduction, unauthorized re-creation, and resale

  • Saving, reprinting, and using rough sketches without permission

  • Defamation and harassment

  • Religious solicitation and political statements

  • Posting or engaging in activities that are overly sensitive

  • Copyright Infringement


If you violate these terms, we may stop using your work .
Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.
